Role: Python Full Stack & AI Agent Developer (Trainee to FTE) Eligibility: 2024 or 2025 Pass outs only. Number of Positions open : 4 Technical Requirements: Working knowledge of Python Full Stack Experience in Creating AI Agents Tech Stack: Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, AI Agents Program Structure & Compensation: Training Period (3 Months): Stipend: ₹8,000 per month. Full-Time Employment (FTE) Offer: Offered after training, based on performance. FTE Compensation & Progression: Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month. Additional Compensation: Annual Bonus. Salary Review 1: After two months of Beta Release. Salary Review 2: After two months of a Product release with a paid customer. Equity Eligibility: You become eligible for annual Equity after three months of Product release. Contractual Conditions: Must sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
