Responsibilities Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain smart contracts for token issuance, redemption, distributions, and structured financial instruments. Implement on-chain rules that enforce compliance, eligibility, governance, and transfer restrictions. Integrate contract logic with off-chain services (settlement, custody, compliance engines, dMRV, APIs). Implement event structures and lifecycle hooks to support provenance, auditability, and settlement flows.
