To excel in this role, you should possess 1-5 years of experience in Mobile App Development, a strong command of Java or Kotlin programming languages, comprehensive knowledge of Android development frameworks and tools, experience with Jetpack components, familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend service integration, awareness of security best practices in mobile app development, proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tools, exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, a keen interest in staying updated with the latest mobile technologies, non-malicious intent, a passion for contributing to a safe and supportive community, and a relevant bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus).
