The Sales Manager will lead all sales initiatives, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, meeting sales targets, assessing customer requirements, preparing detailed proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and collaborate with internal teams to optimize products and services to meet customer needs. Qualifications Demonstrated sales expertise, ability to meet and exceed sales goals, and experience in business development Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Understanding of solar energy solutions, energy markets, and renewable energy systems (preferred but not mandatory) Organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on managing teams toward achieving company objectives Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail in analyzing client needs Proficiency in MS office and sales tools Willingness to work on-site in Jind and travel as necessary
