As an International Banking Software Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the international market, leveraging existing customer and partner relationships across regions, independently generating leads and converting them into sales proposals, delivering engaging product presentations to prospects, collaborating with pre-sales and tech teams to develop customized pitches and go-to-market strategies, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful closures. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends in banking technology to drive business growth effectively. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to international banking software sales. A strong understanding of the global banking landscape, excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written), and proficiency in an additional international language would be advantageous. Your proven expertise in negotiation, networking, and business intelligence, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, will be key to your success. Prior exposure to the Africa or East Asia markets will be highly beneficial. The interview process for this position will consist of three rounds: a video call for the first round, followed by a VC/Telephonic interview for the second round, and a final round of either a VC or Face-to-Face interview.
