Role Description This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Assistant role located in Gandhinagar at Zenexa. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, HRIS, benefits administration, and training tasks to support the HR team in daily operations. 🔹 Assist in recruitment, onboarding & employee lifecycle management 🔹 Support policy implementation, leave tracking, and compliance (POSH, PF/ESI) 🔹 Handle administrative operations – facilities, vendors, supplies, scheduling 🔹 Coordinate payroll assistance, performance reviews, and documentation 🔹 Manage physical & digital records and internal communications 🔹 Organize team events, training sessions, and day-to-day operations Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills 2–3 years of HR/Admin experience Background in medical coding, risk adjustment, or healthcare BPO (preferred) Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Admin, or related field Strong communication, organization & multitasking skills Knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and HRIS tools Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Experience in Benefits Administration and Training Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask
