We are looking for a Young, Talented Chartered Accountant (Batch 2024/2025) to join our Hyderabad HQ as an Assistant Financial Controller . This is not a traditional back-office role. You will operate as a strategic aide to the CFO, playing a pivotal role in governing the financial health of our SaaS and Service units. The Mandate: You will architect financial discipline across the organization, ensuring we remain lean, compliant, and profitable. Your focus will shift from mere bookkeeping to high-level Cost Governance and Audit Assurance . Key Impact Areas: Strategic Cost Management: execute tight resource cost controls across various Strategic Business Units (SBUs). You will analyze project margins, resource utilization, and operational overheads to maximize profitability. Audit & Compliance Operations: Own the compliance calendar. Ensure 100% adherence to statutory, tax, and internal audit requirements. Zero non-compliance is the goal. SBU Financial Control: Act as the financial conscience for our delivery teams, monitoring project P&Ls and flagging variances in real-time. CFO Support: Assist the leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. The Ideal Candidate Profile: Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Graduated in 2024 or 2025 . Desirable Edge: Candidates holding ICWA (CMA) alongside CA will be preferred. Experience: Previous articleship or industrial training exposure to SaaS / Tech product companies is a massive plus.
