Immediate Openings HR Executive (Male Candidates Only) Location: Jagir Ammapalayam (Salem) Experience: 1 to 2 Years Qualification: MBA (HR) Mandatory Roles & Responsibilities: Source suitable candidates from various job portals as per company requirements. Screen and evaluate resumes to identify relevant profiles. Assess candidates on communication, knowledge, aptitude, and experience. Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks as assigned. Work closely on ongoing hiring requirements and ensure timely closures. Desired Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking and coordination abilities. Quick learner with good analytical and assessment skills. Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
