Role: We’re looking for a talented Junior or Mid-Level Graphic Designer who is excited to contribute fresh design ideas, support creative campaigns, and grow within a collaborative and dynamic team. You’ll work closely with senior creatives and strategists to bring brands to life through stunning visuals across digital, print, and social media platforms. What You'll Do: ● Design digital and print assets for client campaigns, including social media graphics, branding materials, web visuals, presentations, infographics, and more. ● Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to conceptualize and execute strong visual ideas. ● Assist in developing brand identities, mood boards, and style guides. ● Prepare and refine artwork for production, ensuring all deliverables meet brand and quality standards. ● Create supers, lower thirds, opening slates, and closing slates as required for post-production in video content. ● Support the development of motion graphics, short animations, and dynamic compositions to elevate brand and campaign narratives. ● Coordinate with clients directly to understand creative briefs, gather requirements, take feedback, and implement revisions accurately and efficiently. ● Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and creative technologies. ● Manage time efficiently across multiple projects with varying timelines. What We're Looking For: ● 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus). ● A strong, well-rounded portfolio showcasing a range of design work (branding, digital, print, etc.). ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.); knowledge of Corel, Blender, or similar tools is a bonus. ● Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling. ● Ability to adapt to different brand aesthetics and project goals. ● A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail. ● Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
