Job Overview We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive user acquisition, onboard parking partners, and build strong local business relationships across Kochi. This is a field-based, on-ground role suited for energetic, people-oriented candidates who enjoy meeting businesses and users directly. Key Responsibilities Acquire new users through on-ground activations and campaigns Onboard parking locations such as commercial spaces, residential buildings, and private parking owners Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, communities, and partners Educate partners and users about the Parké app and its benefits Conduct demos and awareness campaigns in high-traffic areas Track daily activities, sign-ups, and partner onboarding progress Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team Requirements Familiarity with Kochi locations, hotspots, and local business areas Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Comfortable with field work and outdoor activities Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or business development is a plus (freshers can apply) Preferred Skills Ability to negotiate and close partnerships Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms Problem-solving and customer-first attitude What We Offer Opportunity to work with a fast-growing mobility tech startup Hands-on experience in business development and partnerships Performance-based growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative startup culture How to Apply Apply directly via Indeed or share your resume at hrd@parkeparking.com
