Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pitampura for a Relationship Manager. The responsibilities include building and nurturing long-term client relationships, understanding client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service. The role also involves identifying opportunities to upsell services, resolving client issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. -Acquire new clients/franchisees. -Generate brokerage by advising clients on their equity portfolio. -Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and business growth. -Stay updated with market trends and knowledge. -Ensure compliance with all regulatory and risk management guidelines. -Keep clients informed about their transactions. -Cross-sell third-party products like Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS. -Strong communication skills are essential.
