Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Coordinate with tutors to schedule classes and ensure timely communication of schedules. Provide real-time support during live classes to troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly. Act as a point of contact for tutors via chat, call, and email for operational queries. Investigate and resolve teacher payment discrepancies by analyzing payment data. Maintain accurate records of class schedules, attendance, and payment logs. Use Excel to calculate and verify payments, flagging inconsistencies where applicable. Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Tech, Academic Coordinators) to ensure smooth class delivery and accurate payments.
