Conducting Online Classes: Leading yoga sessions through video conferencing platforms, demonstrating poses, and providing clear instructions. Personalized Instruction: Adapting yoga sequences and modifications to suit individual student needs and abilities. Creating a Safe Space: Ensuring a supportive and inclusive online environment for students to practice yoga comfortably and safely. Guiding with Modifications: Offering adjustments and modifications for various poses to accommodate different levels of experience and physical limitations. Providing Feedback and Support: Offering constructive feedback on student alignment and progress, and encouraging them to deepen their practice.
