Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jammu & Kashmir, India, for the position of Crowdfunding Head. The Crowdfunding Head will be responsible for developing and implementing crowdfunding campaigns, managing a team involved in the fundraising process, and cultivating relationships with donors and stakeholders. Responsibilities will also include market research for campaign strategies, monitoring campaign performance, ensuring targets are met, and collaboration with marketing and outreach teams to maximize reach and impact. Qualifications Experience in Crowdfunding Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Project Management Fundraising, Donor Relations, and Stakeholder Engagement skills Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Strategy expertise Strong Research, Communication, and Negotiation skills Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks effectively, and work collaboratively Data analysis skills for tracking and optimizing campaign performance Proven experience in successfully managing fundraising initiatives is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
