The candidate will oversee the success of all sales and marketing strategies on a pan India basis. You should have a strong understanding of the market and competitive advantages to recommend effective sales strategies for success. Responsibilities include fostering new business relationships, managing existing relationships, recommending sales strategies based on market research, conducting budget reviews, attending industry trade events, networking opportunities, and relevant meetings. Qualifications for this role include good exposure to general trade and/or modern trade, experience in the Glassware/Kitchenware/Cookware industry is preferred, great knowledge of sales and distribution of glass products, and being a resident of Vadodara or willing to relocate there.,
