You will be working as a Telesales Representative at YellowSense Technologies, a company dedicated to impacting the lives of Next Billion Users through technology. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Understand customer needs and sell products or services - Maintain customer records and meet sales targets - Receive continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques Qualifications: - Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information - Customer Service and Customer Support experience - Sales skills, including the ability to persuade and close deals - Training and development capabilities - Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work seamlessly in an on-site environment - Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,
