As a skilled individual in cylinder manufacturing, drawing, SAP, hydraulic cylinder, design automation, and monitoring system, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Organization's Capacity & Capabilities for Cylinder & Accumulator Engineering Function. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and retaining talent, as well as providing necessary trainings to build a strong team. You will be tasked with bridging the gap between cylinder design automation inputs and outputs, ensuring the review and release of GA drawings and Cost BOM to the Techno-Commercial Offer team. Additionally, you will release manufacturing and assembly drawings for development and manufacturing processes. Another key aspect of your role will involve establishing and driving Engineering Change Management initiatives to drive improvements in Quality and cost. You will also be responsible for maintaining Order Process Tracking from Enquiry to Cylinder delivery through a Digital Status Monitoring System. To excel in this position, you must possess Hydraulic Cylinder Design and Application Knowledge. Proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D Manufacturing Drawing preparation using SolidWorks, along with Design release through SAP, will be essential. You should also be capable of maintaining and enhancing Design Automation Procedures. Experience in Hydraulic Cylinder DFMEA, PFMEA, and 8D will be advantageous in fulfilling the duties and responsibilities associated with this role.,
