Job Description

Must-have

  1. SAP SuccessFactors + SAP ECC experience:

    5+ years of hands-on work with both platforms.

  2. Requirements and testing ownership:

    gathering and documenting business requirements, building consensus, and designing and running unit, integration and system testing.

  3. Day-to-day HR/LMS support and integrations:

    daily support across the HR and Learning systems, plus technical support for system integrations.

  4. Reporting and data skills:

    defining reporting requirements, producing ad-hoc data extracts, and managing tables, with data validation and integrity. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail
