Job Description

Minimum

5+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experience.
Strong experience in Payroll Schema and PCR design/development.
Experience implementing or enhancing SAP Payroll solutions.
Experience in payroll remediation, payroll transformation, or payroll projects.
Strong expertise in payroll troubleshooting and payroll result analysis.
Experience with payroll testing, reconciliation, and parallel payroll runs.

Preferred

Multi-country payroll implementation experience.
Experience in payroll rollout, remediation, or transformation projects.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience.
Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC).
Experience supporting payroll migrations and system upgrades.

Knowledge of ABAP debugging related to payroll processing
