Data Management & Migration: Oversee the accurate migration of data from legacy systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency throughout the transition. User Training & Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip end-users with the necessary skills to utilize Yardi effectively, fostering user adoption and proficiency. Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, collaborating with Yardi support when necessary to address complex technical challenges. Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, implementing enhancements that improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. Essential Skills & Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Yardi Voyager’s architecture, including modules like PAYscan, Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting, and CAM Reconciliation. Real Estate Acumen: Familiarity with real estate operations, including property management, leasing, and financial reporting, to tailor Yardi solutions effectively. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
