Video Reels Editor & Instagram Poster Manager We are looking for a detail-oriented Video Reels Editor to support our social media content, primarily focused on weddings, concerts, and live events . This role involves editing reels from existing long-form videos and posting Instagram posters using already edited images . All core photo and video edits are completed beforehand — this role focuses on repurposing, formatting, and publishing content for Instagram. Responsibilities Edit Instagram Reels from already composed YouTube (16:9) videos Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form reels Post Instagram posters using pre-edited images Format content correctly for Instagram (9:16, 1:1) Ensure consistent visual style and clean presentation across posts Manage timely posting to Instagram (feed & reels) Requirements Proven experience editing Instagram Reels / short-form video Strong sense of pacing, music sync, and storytelling Comfortable working with wedding and live event content Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Ability to format, resize, and prepare content for Instagram No requirement for final photo editing, color grading, retouching, or handling raw images Familiarity with Instagram formats, trends, and best practices Project Details Freelance / Contract Long-term collaboration potential Compensation discussed upfront (per reel / weekly / monthly) Our Instagram handle: @redefined.event & @yanwi.films.
