Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mazak Machine Operator with a diploma in mechanical and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Mazak CNC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality components as per specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of Mazak CNC machines effectively, adhering to production schedules. 2. Set up machines, tools, and workpieces based on provided instructions or blueprints. 3. Monitor machining processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality. 4. Make necessary adjustments to programs, tools, or speeds to optimize efficiency. 5. Conduct routine maintenance and report issues to the maintenance team. 6. Follow safety standards and ensure a clean and organized workspace. 7. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. 8. Collaborate with team members to resolve technical or process-related challenges. Key Skills and Requirements: 1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2. At least 2 years of experience operating Mazak CNC machines or (VMC, HMC Turning) 3. Strong understanding of CNC programming (Mazatrol, Fanuc Etc.) and machine operation. 4. Familiarity with tools, measurements, and precision instruments. 5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. 6. Knowledge of safety practices in a machining environment. 7. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in high-precision machining or batch production. Basic knowledge of CNC programming. Diploma Mechanical or ITI Machinist Trade.
