About The Team The Professional Services team partners closely with our customers to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing value from our solutions. The team brings together deep domain expertise, technical knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to deliver high-quality outcomes, manage complex engagements, and support customers throughout their lifecycle including onboarding, repair, and upgrades to improve IT posture. About The Role This position contributes to the stability of secure enterprise systems by performing Identity & Access Management activities, facilitating the management of electronic identities per the company’s documented policies and ensuring compliance directives are successfully met. What You Will Do Ensure timely resolution of all new-hire, termination, and access change requests Manage access to systems, applications, groups, distribution lists and folders, ensuring adherence to company Security polices and PCI compliance requirements Ensure proper business approvals are gathered and documented for all access requests and changes Work to ensure that IAM initiatives are implemented in a stable and timely fashion. Follow service level agreements What Qualifies You Bachelor’s Degree and/or applicable technical experience desired Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration Fundamental knowledge of IT Security Administration Working knowledge of IT Systems and Practices Demonstrated experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 11) and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise Strong understanding of access control Excellent customer service and client interaction skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests concurrently Experience using helpdesk ticket systems
