Role & responsibilities Mentor students and junior developers in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and code walkthroughs Guide learners in real-time project development and best practices Review code, identify issues, and enforce clean coding standards Assist in project architecture, API design, and database modeling Support debugging, performance optimization, and deployment processes Evaluate candidate progress through assignments, assessments, and reviews Contribute directly to live client projects when required Stay updated with latest full stack development trends and tools Preferred candidate profile Strong hands-on experience in MERN Stack Solid understanding of REST APIs, Git, and deployment workflows Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Experience in mentoring, training, or team leadership (preferred) Good communication and problem-solving skills
