Role Overview We are seeking a passionate STEM Educator & Project Implementation Executive to conduct Robotics/STEM classes (Class 6–10) and support the deployment of School Automation projects across partner schools. Key Responsibilities 1. STEM Education (Classes 6–10) • Conduct engaging Robotics, AI, Electronics, Python, and STEM classes. • Deliver curriculum-based content created by XRobotics. • Provide hands-on guidance to students during practical experiments. 2. Project Support & Implementation • Assist in implementing School Automation/Smart School systems. • Support installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of automation devices. 3. School Visits & Coordination • Visit partner schools for classes, deployments, and reviews. • Coordinate with principals, teachers, and school staff to ensure smooth implementation. 4. Communication & Reporting • Strong communication in Bengali, English, and Hindi. • Submit daily/weekly class and project reports. Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate in Science/Engineering (B.Sc/B.Tech) or related fields. • Strong knowledge of Arduino, NodeMCU/ESP8266, sensors, circuits. • Good understanding of OOPs concepts (Object-Oriented Programming). • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python programming. • Understanding of AI and automation fundamentals. • Experience in Robotics/STEM education is preferred. • Ability to travel to multiple school locations.
