I have never seen such a worst courier service. It's been 4 days that the parcel has reach the nearest destination centre. Still not delivered. Suddenly a message flashes that the customer has requested future delivery that's why it could not be delivered. I have never come across such a disgusting courier service

WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. I urgently needed an order but the delivery guy called me when he was downstairs, when I told him I cannot come downstairs he should come up, he DID NOT DELIVER the order at all and just went back. Extremely unprofessional.

Looks like they hire local Gundas to talk to customers. Such third class. One Vijay Gupta called me and tells me to stay at home for delivery. Who the hell is he to tell me to be available at his convenience. I'm paying for the package and not that idiot Vijay Gupta.

Worst service ever, they hold my courier for approx 10 days and return it to destination by saying address not found and not even try to contact me. I emailed several times but all go in vain. All in short pathetic service.
