Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Test Lab Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Test Lab Manager will oversee and manage all activities within the test laboratory, ensuring precise and efficient testing processes. Responsibilities include leading test engineering projects, overseeing data acquisition, maintaining and calibrating test equipment, and conducting various types of testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met. The role demands strong organizational leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve testing methods and ensure compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Test Engineering, with expertise in developing and executing test plans and procedures Strong Laboratory Skills, including excellent attention to detail and maintaining a safe working environment Experience with Data Acquisition methods and analyzing test results Knowledge of Test Equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting Technical aptitude for executing various Testing techniques and adhering to quality assurance protocols Ability to lead and manage teams effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
