About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Gen AI Developer (Fresher) to join our team in building a cutting-edge AI-powered application for UI interface integration for the LLM API. You will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, enabling our app to deliver accurate, reliable, and contextual responses using both generative AI and curated datasets. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing RAG-based workflows to enable contextual understanding of data. Integrate LLMs (like GPT, LLaMA, etc.) with vector databases and retrieval systems. Preprocess, clean, and structure documents, research papers, and datasets. Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models for QA. Build prototypes and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating Gen AI-powered query resolution. Contribute to the evaluation and testing of AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, NLP, and healthcare AI ethics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Solid understanding of Gen AI concepts and LLM architectures (Transformers, Attention, etc.). Familiarity with RAG pipelines , vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate . Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain , or LlamaIndex . Basic understanding of REST APIs , JSON , and data preprocessing techniques . Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative startup-like environment.
