It doesn't even deserve 1 star. They provide very sloppy services and also dupe people. Kindly beware of people working at this branch. They increased our budget by ~30K INR citing different illogical reasons. The best part is they work remotely, so you cannot find them in their office.

I had booked the honeymoon trip to andaman islands with thomas cook. They were helpful and whole trip was fabulous. We have not faced any difficulty during the trip. Everything was best and done in timely manner. Staff was helpful at every place we visited. Overall i would recommend thomas cook for booking trips for travel.
