In comparison with other service providers, they have very poor ready responses. They asked me for 4 days to give the quotation and after 10 days I had to call and still they had no answer. Poor response to queries, poor attentiveness, poor reachability and very poor follow-ups.
Not recommended.

Very bad service. Promised to inform me when the dollar rate was low but did not. When asked they told us the staff was busy. Promise to send someone to collect documents from home but never turns up. Don't have the courtesy to inform nor to return phone calls. Last time I am using their services.👎👎👎 …
