Visited fir USD forex , process was smooth and hassle free , took around 15-20 mins from entering to getting currency, this is the second time j am using their services previous was for Euro and this time USD, both times it was hassle free and easy . Totally satisfied and recommended

My exerience with Thomas Cook is excellent. I was surprised when Mr Subhash Naik recognized me immediately after two years. He has handled my case in my New Zealand trip also.He has helped me in my present Japan trip also. I decided to visit this branch only when I need any forign exchange in future.

Right from parking to getting the forex card, it has been a pleasant experience. No rush no queues...very easy and quick. Everything took like 15 min to complete. A good place to get last min forex card who also have online application and door step delivery.

Located in cyber towers in the ground floor. Visited 2 times and both the time currency was not available. In the end, collected forex from some other place. If they have good demand then they should also keep stock accordingly. Also had to …
