The Pricing Executive is responsible for preparing competitive air and ocean freight quotations by coordinating with carriers, agents, and internal teams. This role involves ensuring accurate, timely pricing support to the sales team while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents to obtain competitive freight rates. • Prepare and share accurate quotations for Air, Ocean (FCL & LCL), and Multimodal shipments. • Support the sales team by providing quick turnaround for rate requests and inquiries. • Monitor and update pricing sheets, tariffs, and market trends. • Negotiate with carriers and vendors to optimize costs. • Ensure all quotations are aligned with company margin policies. • Maintain a database of pricing history for reference and reporting. • Assist in tender submissions and large-volume rate negotiations. • Liaise with operations & documentation teams to ensure feasibility of quoted rates. Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Commerce, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding pricing (Air & Ocean). • Strong knowledge of carrier networks, freight tariffs, and surcharges. • Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication. • Negotiation and vendor management skills.
