Internship Details Position: Marketing & Sales Intern Duration: 5 Months Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (Paid Internship) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Department: Business Development & Marketing Reports To: Marketing & Sales Head Objective This internship provides hands-on experience in sales strategy, marketing operations, AI-assisted content creation, and lead generation . Interns will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth — with a strong focus on promoting XePlatform to technology companies, startups, and AI-focused enterprises. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and qualify potential clients in the AI, cloud, and tech sectors . Generate and manage leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other online channels. Maintain and update lead databases and tracking sheets focused on XePlatform’s target markets. Cold Calling & Client Communication Reach out to prospective clients via phone and email to introduce XePlatform and related offerings. Schedule meetings, demos, or consultations for the sales team. Gather feedback and report insights to enhance outreach strategies. AI-Assisted Content Generation Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, etc.) to generate marketing and sales content. Create blog posts, email campaigns, and sales presentations highlighting XePlatform’s value proposition. Refine AI prompts to produce high-quality, engaging, and technical content. Creative Marketing & Growth Hacking Develop and execute innovative digital marketing ideas to increase XePlatform awareness. Experiment with “growth hacking” techniques for organic audience growth. Support social media marketing and content storytelling initiatives. Performance Tracking Monitor outreach performance, engagement, and lead conversion metrics. Prepare weekly progress reports with insights and action items. Required Skills & Attributes Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency). Basic understanding of marketing funnels, SaaS products, and tech outreach . Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Google Sheets. Interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies . Creative thinker with a “growth hacker” mindset. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
