This role ensures that all activities are tracked, followed up, and closed on time. This is not a sales target role but a coordination and execution role that supports sales and operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update daily operational data including leads, enquiries, orders, vendors, and payments. Ensure accuracy of records in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM. Organize and manage quotations, invoices, approvals, and project documents. Make regular follow-up calls to clients, vendors, and internal teams. Track pending actions and ensure timely closure. Coordinate between sales, vendors, designers, production, and accounts. Track enquiry to quotation, approval, order, delivery, and payment stages. Follow up on quotation approvals and payment confirmations. Provide sales status updates and reports. Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timelines are followed. Prepare daily and weekly status reports. Proactively highlight delays or issues. Act as a single point of coordination for assigned projects. Manage communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, and internal tools. Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders. Required Skills Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Clear verbal and written communication. Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined. Comfortable handling multiple tasks daily.
