Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Ramnagar. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and addressing guest concerns promptly. The role requires providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for all guests. Additionally, the Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing the reception area, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
