Job Purpose: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative designs that reflect the brands aesthetics, product positioning, and market trends in the cosmetic industry. The role involves designing packaging, promotional materials, digital campaigns, and visual content to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Creative Design & Branding Develop visually appealing graphics for product packaging, labels, and in-store displays. Create designs for marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and brand catalogs. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications. Digital & Social Media Design social media creatives, digital ads, banners, and e-mailers aligned with campaign objectives. Collaborate with the social media team to deliver engaging and trendy content. Create product mock-ups, GIFs, reels, and animations for digital platforms. Product & Packaging Work closely with product development and marketing teams to design innovative cosmetic packaging. Prepare artworks for production with proper specifications and accuracy. Stay updated on cosmetic packaging trends and consumer preferences. Collaboration & Execution Work with photographers and videographers to edit product photos and videos for campaigns. Coordinate with printers, vendors, and agencies to ensure high-quality output. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong eye for aesthetics, color palettes, typography, and layout. Experience in product packaging design (preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG). Understanding of digital marketing design trends. Ability to think creatively and translate brand strategy into impactful visuals. Attention to detail with excellent time management and multitasking skills. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry). Portfolio showcasing creative design projects, especially packaging and digital campaigns. Key Attributes: Passion for beauty and cosmetic trends.
