Role: Sr. Design Engineer (5 to 6 Years Experience) Location : Bommasandra, Bangalore Experience : 5-6 Years Qualification : B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Design Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in mechanical design, especially in Electro-mechanical hydraulics, mechanisms, and aerospace systems . The ideal candidate will be hands-on with design tools and experienced in conceptualization, detailing, and design documentation. Key Responsibilities: Conceptual and detailed design of mechanical components and assemblies Interpreting customer specifications and contributing to design reviews Applying GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and drawing practices Performing 3D model checks and ensuring design for manufacturability Collaborating with cross-functional teams for design validation and procurement support Material selection based on functional and process needs Support in testing, failure analysis, and design modifications Required Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, fits & tolerances Experience with Electro-mechanical hydraulic/mechanism-based systems Should have worked preferably with PDU Private Defense Units/Companies, or mechanical design startups. Knowledge of aerospace materials and manufacturing processes Proficiency in AutoCAD, ProE, Creo or equivalent CAD tools Good communication skills and ability to write clear documentation Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
