Role: Sr. Design Engineer (5 to 6 Years Experience) Location : Bommasandra, Bangalore Experience : 5-6 Years Qualification : B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Design Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in mechanical design, especially in Electro-mechanical hydraulics, mechanisms, and aerospace systems . The ideal candidate will be hands-on with design tools and experienced in conceptualization, detailing, and design documentation. Key Responsibilities: Conceptual and detailed design of mechanical components and assemblies Interpreting customer specifications and contributing to design reviews Applying GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and drawing practices Performing 3D model checks and ensuring design for manufacturability Collaborating with cross-functional teams for design validation and procurement support Material selection based on functional and process needs Support in testing, failure analysis, and design modifications Required Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, fits & tolerances Experience with Electro-mechanical hydraulic/mechanism-based systems Should have worked preferably with PDU Private Defense Units/Companies, or mechanical design startups.
