Woundtech is seeking a Quality Manager to play a critical role leading the effort to create strategies that promote organizational quality excellence in a cross-functional manner. Research, analyze, validate, and document effectiveness of current operations, processes and develop strategy goal to impact both operational, clinical, and financial metrics. This role will identify areas of operational development and performance improvement such as quality auditing program, project analysis / management and other programs needed for business optimization. Responsibilities include: Performance / Process Improvement Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in development and implementation of the solutions. Identify and improve performance such as workflows, system and reporting needs, documentation requirements, turnaround times, and other related functions. Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities in improved productivity, training opportunities, changes in processes, and opportunities to collaborate across the organization. Assist to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and standard operating procedures to support program production, quality, and financial targets. Support use of organization dashboards, analytics, and root cause reporting for the responsible functions as it pertains to assigned functions. Quality Program Management Build and implement comprehensive quality auditing program to monitor patient journey. This includes both operational and clinical activities with key stakeholder input. Project Analysis & Management Create and lead Project Management Office that includes infrastructure such as intake, scoping, framework, tools, required resources, analytics, and cross functional activities. Assume responsibility for assigned projects and build out based on organizational goals and stakeholder input. Cross-Function Communication Collaborates with various levels of team members across the organization to improve operational effectiveness. Interact regularly with the leadership team and individual department heads to ensure that company s operational priorities are aligned with organizational goals. Lead applicable workgroup / meetings to review progress on assigned functions. Assist with organization wide projects including, development of timeline, project milestones, facilitating workgroups, setting annual departmental goals. Coordinate in a matrixed reporting structure to complete job functions. Leadership Oversee and lead Quality Analysts that execute assigned responsibilities. Actively seek feedback from team members to identify opportunities to maintain a positive collaborative culture. Identify and implement required infrastructure to achieve a successful training, quality program, and project management functions. Provide guidance and support to quality analysts, sharing expertise and knowledge. Role Essentials: 10+ years of US healthcare RCM provider side experience (Mandatory) and minimum of 5+ years of leadership quality role experience (Mandatory) Analytical skills to assess data, make informed decisions and execute operational process changes effectively. Facilitate groups across the organization to achieve performance objectives. Demonstrate strong interpersonal / verbal communication skills. Initiative-taking and energetic, with strong people skills and experience in dealing with and influencing internal stakeholders, customers, and senior leaders. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Power Point, case management software, and EMR systems. Comprehensive use of operational and project management tools. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a demanding environment with frequent changes in priorities. Role Desirables: US healthcare experience with health plans, MSOs, or IPAs or similar health care settings.
