Role Description This is a full-time/part-time on-site role for a Field Volunteer located in the Kolkata & South Bengal Area. The Field Volunteer will be responsible for engaging with the community, identifying and addressing issues, and providing assistance to individuals in need. The role involves listening to concerns, delivering support services, and offering training to empower the community. Troubleshooting challenges on-site and ensuring excellent support for beneficiaries are also integral to this position. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with community members and address their needs. Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting experience to identify challenges and provide practical solutions in dynamic environments. Experience in Training others to empower individuals and enhance community capacities. Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and work collaboratively with diverse groups of people & disaster activity. Passion for community development and a commitment to making a positive impact. Prior experience in volunteer work or social service is an advantage, though not mandatory.
