Role Description This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for AR Callers at WORLDSOURCE HEALTHCARE. Based in Chennai, this role allows for a combination of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. As an AR Caller, you will analyze and resolve account receivables, verify insurance details, follow up with insurance companies on pending claims, and address billing discrepancies. Effective communication and timely follow-up will be integral to this position. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and customer service skills for interacting with insurance companies and resolving queries Knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, and account receivable management Proficiency in analyzing data and maintaining accurate records Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities Hands-on experience with digital tools and relevant software is beneficial Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment combining on-site and remote work Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, finance, or related fields preferred Prior experience in AR calling or medical billing is an advantage
