What You’ll Do 🎬 Create engaging video content — from educational and market insight videos (featuring you on camera) to property walkthroughs that showcase premium listings. 📱 Manage day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms. 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to process and share property information on marketplace listings. 🚀 Execute and support outbound marketing activations. 💡 Stay on top of real estate trends and bring fresh ideas to grow our digital presence. Who You Are 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing. Confident and comfortable speaking on camera — storytelling comes naturally to you. Hands-on with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other content platforms. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement best practices. Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building a trusted brand. Develop print creatives such as posters, display boards, standees, office branding materials, and other offline collateral. Support with miscellaneous graphic tasks required in daily office operations. Work closely with the marketing/content team to maintain brand consistency across all designs. Manage edits, revisions and ensure timely delivery of creative outputs. Required Skills & Expertise: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop (must). Ability to work with Adobe Illustrator (preferred, especially for print work). Basic skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for simple video edits are an advantage. Strong understanding of layout, typography, print formats, colour modes (RGB/CMYK) and social media aesthetics. Ability to multitask, take feedback positively, and meet deadlines.
