Worst experience ever. Waste of money. The given contact person is arrogant and too irresponsible. The bus missed to pick us in the given pickup stop and asked us to travel 20 kms again to catch the bus.

Very very worst customer service....please don't use this bus service....my humble request to those will be going to use this bus... U can't make a travel with peaceful mind set. Untrained drivers and conductors

Travelled on 2nd May from Chennai to Tirunelveli. Bus was comfortable and very clean. Punctuality is the problem. 3 rest stops even it was running very late. Boarding point pickup was 45 minutes late at Kilambakkam. Drop at Tirunelveli late by 2 hours 15min
