Key Responsibilities: To coordinate between Sales team and backend / operations team in terms of customer offers, orders and defective return. To prepare offers , internal sales order , replacement orders, sample orders in Intershop /Sales force. To coordinate with SCM & warehouse team for key shipment status update that also includes reverse logistics of defectives. Updating various reports in sales force & Inter-shop as per requirement Educational Qualification: Any graduate with minimum 2 years of experience.
