Role Objective: Seeking a seasoned HRBP professional to lead the employee journey-from onboarding to offboarding-while driving impactful HR initiatives. As the face of HR for the business, exceptional communication skills are essential for success. What We're Looking For: - Outstanding oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - A self-starter with a sense of ownership and accountability - A team player with excellent collaboration skills - High integrity and professionalism - Bonus: Prior experience in a managerial role Role description: HR Advisory: - Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning HR policies and strategies with business objectives. - Provide sound guidance to people managers on best practices, policies, and employee relations. - Support leadership in shaping a high-performing culture through tailored HR solutions. Employee relations & engagement: - Be the employee champion by promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. - Address employee concerns effectively through proactive conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions. - Drive impactful employee engagement initiatives to foster satisfaction and build organizational commitment. - Partner with leaders to implement strategies that enhance team cohesion and employee morale. Performance Management: - Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring a smooth and timely process. - Educate and coach managers on setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and fostering employee development. Compliance & Policies: - Develop, refine, and communicate HR policies to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements. - Maintain a pulse on changing regulations and advise leadership on necessary policy updates. HR Projects: - Take the lead on initiatives like employee engagement programs, talent development frameworks, and attrition management strategies. - Spearhead data-driven solutions to address organizational challenges and improve HR effectiveness. - Drive the implementation of initiatives to build leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capability. People Insights & Analytics: - Leverage HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improved decision-making. - Regularly share insights with leadership to help shape strategic decisions and plan ahead
