1. Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Workflow Automation & Agentic AI Consultant to drive intelligent automation and digital process transformation. The successful candidate will blend strong business analysis capabilities with low-code/no-code orchestration, custom scripting, and practical Agentic AI architectures. Operating across the end-to-end transformation lifecycle, this role is responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks, architecting robust automated workflows, and implementing human-in-the-loop AI systems. The ideal professional brings deep analytical rigor, a balanced approach between deterministic automation and generative decision-making, and a strong understanding of banking operational controls.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end automation delivery across all transformation lifecycle stages: requirement analysis, solution architecture, low-code build, integration, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Analyze complex business workflows, document business rules and exception pathways, and translate business operational needs into scalable automation solutions.
- Design and implement automated processes using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Camunda, Power Automate, UiPath) coupled with custom integration logic.
- Architect and deploy Agentic AI solutions utilizing LLM frameworks, function/tool calling, structured data outputs, and human-in-the-loop approval workflows.
- Develop robust scripting and API connectors using Python or JavaScript, SQL queries, and JSON payloads to bridge disparate enterprise systems.
- Embed auditability, risk management, and maker-checker approval mechanisms into automated operational processes to ensure compliance and governance
3. Mandatory Skills

Business Analysis & Process Design:
Proven background as a BA or Automation Consultant with strong capability in capturing business rules, mapping complex workflows, and designing practical automation solutions. Low-Code / No-Code Orchestration:
Hands-on development experience building robust workflows with platforms such as n8n, Camunda, Power Automate, or UiPath. Technical Scripting & Integration:
Proficient in Python or JavaScript scripting, RESTful API integrations, JSON manipulation, SQL/relational databases, and enterprise collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence). Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation:
Practical implementation understanding of Agentic AI/LLM frameworks, autonomous agents, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and knowing when to deploy deterministic automation versus AI decisioning. End-to-End Delivery Ownership:
Demonstrated capability managing complete delivery lifecycles from requirements discovery through UAT, production release, and debugging/support.Analytical Problem Solving:
Exceptional debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment
4. Experience Required
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in business analysis, process automation, or technical consulting within financial services or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering end-to-end automation solutions combining low-code platforms, API integrations, and intelligent AI frameworks
