Job Description

Implement, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules to meet business requirements.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
Configure Core HCM, business processes, supervisory organizations, and security roles.
Work on modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management.
Support Workday integrations, EIBs, and data migration activities.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support and enhancements.
Perform unit testing, UAT, and regression testing for Workday changes.
Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve HR processes.
Support Workday releases, updates, and ongoing system optimization.
