Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom, advanced, and matrix reports in Workday across HCM, Financials, and other modules.
  • Create and optimize calculated fields, report prompts, filters, and data sources to meet complex business requirements.
  • Build interactive dashboards, Discovery boards, and analytics solutions to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Ensure report accuracy, performance, security, and compliance with data governance and access control standards.
  • Support report troubleshooting, enhancements, and user training to drive adoption and self-service reporting.
  • Maintain documentation of reporting solutions and stay current with Workday reporting features and best practices.
  • Partner with technical teams on data integrations and advanced analytics tools such as Prism Analytics when required.
