Utilizing Workday Extend, you will design and implement custom applications that enhance functionality, addressing unique business requirements and workflows. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between Workday and various external systems to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will build tailored applications within Workday Extend to optimize business processes and expand the platform's capabilities to support specialized operational needs. As a Workday Integration Technical Specialist, you will lead end-to-end integration projects from requirements gathering to design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Your role will involve ensuring smooth and timely delivery with high stakeholder satisfaction. You will proactively address integration-related technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous system performance and reliability. To qualify for this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in Workday integration and application development, with proven expertise in using Workday Extend.
