Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Workday HR Technology programs, including HCM implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and major enhancements.
  • Define program roadmaps, scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in alignment with HR and business strategy.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders) to deliver Workday initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Oversee requirements gathering, configuration oversight, testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live readiness.
  • Drive governance, risk management, change management, and communication plans across all Workday HR technology projects.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Workday HCM with other systems (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Finance, and third-party applications).
  • Monitor program progress, resolve escalations, and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
  • Champion Workday best practices, continuous improvement, and adoption to maximize ROI from HR technology investments.
