Role & responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes.
  • Troubleshoot system errors, data flow drops, and integration issues.
  • Audit data syncs between Workday and third-party ATS platforms.Partner with talent acquisition to optimize candidate experience workflows
  • Hands-on system administration experience with Workday Recruiting.
  • Workday Recruiting Functional Configuration
  • Workday Business Process (BP) Framework
  • ATS Integrations (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Taleo to Workday)
  • Talent Acquisition Workflow Optimization
